“No Longer Unconditionally Cooperating . . .”

Obviously, I’m confident Mr. Cohen is exceedingly well-represented. Then again, I’m also pretty sure you either cooperate with the SEC or you don’t . . . Perhaps this is a bit like China no longer “unconditionally cooperating” with the United Nations on North Korea – Anyhow, I’ll be fascinated to see where this one goes.
