    • Get to a 4 handicap
    • Improve <10 foot putting
    • Improve Chipping
    • Make it to semi-finals of club championship
    • Break par for 9 holes
    • Get to par for 18 (did that once last year!)

My Training Regimen (i.e., what will soon be referred to globally as “The Frazer . . .”)

    • Fitness goal: Get to 5’11” 175 lbs
    • Once per week Bikram yoga to improve flexibility, hip turn and follow-through and increase core power for iron play
    • Daily leg, hamstring, abs and should stretching
    • Endless hours of practice on a quality oriental carpet – no reason you can’t credibly claim to be “thinking” about work . . .
